Welcome to our web site!
Well we're really Convergys " ********* " Account. There are 21 students in our class
namely; Jlo, Nicksterz, Penny, Ramon, Kitty, Pops, Lyn, Jezz, Nina, Jigzterz, Larry, Erick, Arbie, Karen, Jacky, Krizh, Berlin,
Eugene, Denz, Mr. Miyagi, and of course your moderator MUA(Jan)... We all met last August 9, 2004 at 7:00am in room 3 6th
floor, Insular Life Building, Ayala Ave. cor Paseo de Roxas, Makati City... That's where everything started from a small group
of strange & very different individuals to a 21 member family, bonded together(I think... I hope... I know...) by the
challenges that CCT & PST training embarked on us. That's how we started... We are now designated at the Convergys productions
floor taking in calls. Thanks to our trainer at CCT Mark Relova & PST Nicole Floresca we made it this far...

Each of the Family is now making their own names at the floor... To name a few are "Master Rapport" Ramon
Yu, "One of the Cutest Girls on the floor" Karen Fong, "The Irate Agent" Krishna Zaragoza, "Penny Panic"
Pennelophe Go(huh?! check out her csat scores...2nd to Ramon), "The Boy Next Door" Eugene Salenga, "Mr. OEM" Berlin
Papa(pis Bibs wakokoko), Jlo recently won the "OT Bonanza", "Ms. CSAT" Jessamine Murcia (7 CSAT monitors
all 100), and ofcourse Moi "Mr. Memo, The Terminator (ed)" ... Hope our Family will never
come to an end... I hope that in each and everyones heart they won't forget that once in their lives there was and there will
always be a Family present in our group " ********* " Wave 9-02...

I'll be gone in a couple of days... You guys won't be seeing me in the floor when that time comes...
But hey, I created this website specialy for our wave so that anytime that you guys will have problems in the floor, you don't
have to wait in cue for tier2 assistance... or bug your seatmate atleast... eheheh... This website includes links to
ease your trouble shooting problems... It also has links for the pages in the Support Center just incase that your Support
Center is down or one of the pages has an incorrect URL path and can't be opened... I'll also include here my notes when it
comes to troubleshooting (a much easier BOSS) so that you guys wil be able to identify the real problem and skip some of the
unnecessary steps in BOSS...
We can also keep in touch in this site by posting your concerns and some of the probs that you guys
encounter in the floor... I'll also create a chatroom here so even though I'm not there anymore you can ask questions(just
make sure it's easy to solve oki) by logging in... Polls will also be created for the main purpose of having an option and
voicing ones opinion about each matter...
This site also includes an Image Gallery where anyone can post certain pictures of the group... Like
pix from outings, pics of members that are not in the floor anymore(so that we'll be updated), and any pics related to our
group...
I'll be missing you guys... Take good care of yourselves ok... You guys hold on to each and everyone...
Just hang in there, everything will be ok no matter how hard and tough the challenges could get... You guys will always have
a family to help you out... Ei, stick together ok... By the way take Good Care of Jess for Me... She's really one Special
Girl (for me)...

Ok I've updated a few touches in our website... I've already added a commments & suggestion form (via HTML) in our
home page. So that you guys can post any comments or sugestion that you want to add in our website... I would really appreciate
it if you guys would use it to help me add up sum stuffs that you guys would want...
I've also added a registration form in the "sign-up" at the left-side panel where in you can now register and
be a memeber of wave 9-2... There's 1 bit of a problem still... I'm not done w/ the Log-in page so in the meantime every1
will still have access to the site... But once i'm done w/ it, beta days are over... /gg
One more thing that you guy would love is when you access the site, there's an autoplaying MP3 set for the
back ground music... Use the comments and suggestions form if you guys want the opening theme changed and please specify the
theme that want...
Til' here on guys... I'll be updating more on this website today... I'll be posting te updates in the yahoo groups
to keep you guys informed... Take goodcare of yourselves and peace-out...
